Peruvian Independence Day and a Pit Bull, 8.01.16

Hey everyone, I hope that all is well :) here in the mission I am doing really great, this week has been fun and interesting :) For starters we had divisions this week, and I was with the Hermana Lovera from Paraguay, and then we also had divisions with another set of missionaries and that also went really well :) and for those who do not know divisions are when you switch companions for a day and usual go to the other persons area :) they are fun and really stressful but I really enjoyed mine :) Also we celAbrated the Independence day for Peru by buying Pizza... I really love pizza if you can not tell by the pictures I send practually everyweek :) also found a funny  picture of Jake the dog in the pizza place made my day. Also a member showed me a penny yesterday.... it has been too long my friends:) also A caterpiller that can really hurt you if it touchs your skin hence the pencil and I am really white my friends :) that or everyone here is just really tan... opting for the second option :)
This week also consisted of playing with a pitbull of a member and writing our nicknames on the glass door of our pizza place.... really we are regulars there : and i is really hipster I like it and the pizza is delicious :) other things my companion likes to practice braids on my head....some our better looking than others but hey I get a free hari style out of it, so not complaining :)
also took some pictures of some CTR rings they looked cool, also went a visited a family that I love, Familia Villalba, they are doing really good :) also I am ready in Alma right now ( sidenote: everyone is reading the book of Mormon before conference right??) and I love Alma, really it is an amazing book :) one of my favorite parts, Alma 44: 10 when Moroni drops cane on Zerahemna and pretty much says that if they do not accept the surrender that has been presented we are going to keep fighting :) Verse ten ¨He aquĆ, terminaremos la lucha.¨ no se, just really like that part :)
Anyway I am doing really well, we are super excited a baptism this week!!!!!! Pray that everythign works out my friends :)
Love you guys
Hermana Douglas
